If you’re not hungry don’t eat. This rule of thumb might grow a tad cumbersome at social gatherings. However, don’t give into your fear of being a social outcast. Instead, take some food, move it around your plate, and compliment the chef. Trust, no one will know the difference and you’ll leave the event without a twinge of guilt.
