so skinny: If You Wouldn't Tweet It, Don't Eat It.

Gorging in public is embarrassing. After all, the person at the table next to you is judging you after every bite of that cheeseburger with a side of ranch. On the flipside, when spotted picking at a salad, your neighbors will look at you in admiration. So, from now on, before every meal ask yourself "Would I tweet a picture of this?" If the answer is no, don't eat it.
