so skinny: Walking Does a Body Good.


With the exception of you New York ladies, you're probably way too dependent on your car. From now on, if an errand is less than a mile away, walk. Sure, the car is a bit faster, but walking burns calories. Burning calories makes you skinny. So next time you go to grab your car keys, stop and consider walking instead. 


So skinny. So rich. So happy.
