so skinny: If You’re Gonna Cheat, Make it Memorable.


Sure, planning your cheat days might seem like a good idea. But, when all is said and done you will end up spending your week obsessing about cheese and carbs. Cheat day will arrive, you’ll gorge, and then it will be a distant memory. Instead, cheat when it matters. Stick to your eating plan and deviate only in social situations. You’ll end up saving calories in the long run and wont miss out on any events due to cheat day guilt.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
