When dressing for the nightlife (whatever your version of that may be), think about the weather. If it is cold outside, wear a jacket. If you ignore this rule, you will appear to be one of two things. Either you will look like you can’t afford a coat or you will look like a whore. Clearly, you do not strive to project either of these images. So the next time you throw on a party dress, check the weather. If the forecast even hints at chilly temps, throw on some outerwear. Remember, walking down the street shivering coatless in your party dress is trashy. However, owning a room in a super cute coat will make you look a class act (even if you’re not).
