so skinny: Eat Breakfast.


Skipping breakfast leads to a vicious cycle of binges. When you forego breakfast, you inevitably spend your entire morning planning lunch. Before lunchtime even rolls around, you are already knee deep in processed snacks. By the time you get to lunch your day is shot. So, you rationalize a burger and fries and vow to eat healthy tomorrow. The next thing you know, it is dinnertime. Since you decided to start a new diet in the morning, you make sure to squeeze in every fatty concoction you can get your hands on. The next morning, you wake up feeling full from the night before so you skip breakfast. The vicious cycle begins again.

Conversely, when you eat breakfast, you get your eating out of the way first thing in the morning.  By starting your day full and satisfied, you erase all thoughts about food. You cruise through your day with minimal calorie consumption.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
