Next time you walk into the gym and see a whole bunch of people doing really fancy things on the mats, don’t join them. Unless you have no weight to loose and you are at the gym for purely toning purposes, those exercises are not for you. Fancy floor work is for girls who are already extra skinny. So, from hereon in, when you see a girl balance on one leg while pulsating the other leg in some sort of kick, know that she is working teeny tiny muscles in a attempt to reach perfection. If by any chance you are at that point with your body, by all means carry on and keep up the good work. However, for the rest of you, get on an elliptical and burn some calories. Prioritize. Lose some lbs then work on flawlessness. After all, you can't see a six-pack under a layer of fat.
So skinny. So rich. So happy.
