so skinny: A Chip is a Chip.

Don’t be fooled by so-called veggie chips. The fact that they derive from vegetables as opposed to starches does not make them good for you. Treating these salty snacks the same way you would a salad will make you fat. In order to manufacture a chip, some sort of food is either deep fried in oil or oiled and then “baked.” This means that the calories in chips, regardless of the type, come from the oil, not the actual potato or vegetable. So, next time you’re at the market remember that just because the bag says kale, it is not necessarily healthy.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
