Eating late at night (think after last-call eats, not 10 p.m. dinner with the girls) is a horrible habit. You will get fat. No skinny person washes mozzarella sticks with a diet soda at 3 a.m. No matter how hungry you are, you should not eat in the middle of the night. You cannot rationalize this behavior. Missing dinner is not a license to eat into the wee hours. If you find yourself wanting something to tide you over until morning, drink some water and go to bed. The food is not going anywhere. It will be in the same place in the morning. And trust, you will not starve to death if you miss one meal.
So skinny. So rich. So happy.
