so happy: Exercise Does a Mind Good.


Think of working out as cheap therapy.  Exercise allows you to checkout from the world.  By focusing on your movements, postures and breathing you get to turn off all the drama in your head. Guaranteed, after a solid workout session, that urge to bitch-slap your boyfriend, co-worker and lady who tailgated you on the freeway will go down. It might even disappear all together.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
