so skinny: Eat Raw Kale Regularly.


For those of you who can’t kick the mindless eating habit, start carrying around a sandwich size bag of raw kale. Whenever you feel the urge to snack, take a couple bites of kale. More likely than not, this will kill your appetite. If it doesn’t, the calorie intake was minimal and you got some protein out of the deal.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
