so skinny: Keep Your Splurges Fancy.


Binges should in no way, shape, or form be encouraged. However, if you are going to fall off the healthy wagon, it should be for five-star food with great friends. Don’t waste your calories on a solo venture to McDonalds, a dinner out at an OK spot, or on drinks with your co-workers.  Instead, keep the uber-consumption nights for extra special occasions. And, of course, do major damage control the entire next day.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
