so skinny: A Pound is a Pound.


Take control of your weight before you have to resort to extreme measures. If you gain a pound, don’t go into denial. If the scale is consistently heavier for more than a day or two, the extra poundage is probably fat. It is not water-weight. It is not dinner from last night. Instead of making excuses, suck it up and do what you need to do to lose that weight. If you don’t, the next thing you know, you’re going to have to go on a month long detox just to fit in your jeans.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
