so skinny: Keep Your Coffee Simple.

Coffee is a beautiful thing. A cup of coffee is a natural stimulant with a mere  5 calorie price-tag  However, under no circumstances should you use your coffee as a vehicle to gulp dairy and  sugar (or even worse artificial sweeteners).  So next time you're at Starbucks keep the following rule of thumb in mind: If you wouldn't drink it solo, don't put it in your coffee. For instance, you would never down a shot of half-and-half with  a packet of Stevia, so don't put it in your coffee.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
