so skinny: Go to Bed Slightly Hungry.


Make a habit of closing your kitchen a couple hours before bed. This will you allow you to go bed a little hungry. When you wake up the morning you will wake up feeling extra skinny. That feeling will compell you to keep it up all day, thereby perpetuating a cycle of skinny. Keep this up for a few weeks, and you’ll never turn to late night eats again.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
