so happy: Don’t Dwell on Disastrous Nights Out.


Sometimes, even well planned evenings are full of chaos. Your dinner reservations may get lost.  The lack of valet might force you to walk a quarter a mile in your Jimmy Choos. You may even get suckered into going to a club where you encounter fatties in skintight dresses. Regardless of the tragic circumstances of your evening, keep calm. Getting upset about a failed night out is not worth the stress. After all, stress releases bad hormones in your body and who wants that? So, from now on, when things don’t go as intended, act like nothing is wrong. Get yourself home as soon as possible and start fresh in the AM. 

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
