To avoid this injury, many athletes tape their ankles or use ankle support.

Meanwhile, among the three mentioned body parts, the foot might be the most resilient to injuries. Yet, this doesn't mean it is never going to get hurt. The most common foot injury is plantar fasciitis. Aside from causing knee pain, this type of injury may render you immobile because its proper healing necessitates complete rest.

While these injuries may not be avoided, especially for athletes like you, there are things you can do to not aggravate the situation. In cases of nagging ankle, foot, or knee pain or injury on any of these parts, see a medical practitioner ASAP.
