so skinny: Test-Drive your Bikini Regularly.


Regardless of season, swimwear should be worn on a weekly basis. Even if all you do is put on your bikini and take a hard look in the mirror, the practice is a must. Otherwise, you run the risk of a having an “oh shit is that me?” moment days before a warm weather event. After all, nothing speaks the truth more than a bikini. Not to mention, this exercise will allow you to catch any new fat cells early enough to stop them from growing.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
