so skinny: Plan then Dine.


Dinner with the girls doesn’t have to be a diet disaster. Before your big meal out, find a menu online and do some perusing.  If you’re in a health-conscious kind of mood, give yourself a couple low-cal options. When you get to the restaurant, don’t open the menu and get tempted by the fat girl food. If you’re feeling extra decadent, evaluate what you’re up against. Budget your calories leading up to the meal accordingly. This will curtail some of that post-splurge guilt.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
