So skinny: Day Drinking Makes You Fat.


Warm weather and cocktails go hand in hand. However, if you want to maintain your bikini body through the summer, skip the day drinks. Bloodies and Mimosas may seem like a good idea, but they are not.  Evening cocktails tend to last a couple hours at most. On the flipside, day drinking consists of hours and hours of calorie consumption. An afternoon of brunching can easily lead to consuming a thousand liquid calories. Not to mention, it is a lot easier to skip the drunken munchies at 2 a.m. than at 7 p.m. Remember this next time your waitress asks you if you’d like to partake in the unlimited mimosa special.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
