In some facets of your life, a lot of what happens to you is contingent on other people. Your actions do contribute to the ultimate outcome of a situation. However, more often than not, other people are involved in the process. The one facet of your life that you have ultimate control over is your eating. You make the decision as to what goes into your body. So exert some control and stop eating shit. Put down the cubes of processed cheese, lay off the deli meats and skip the croissants. Not only will you physically look and feel better, you will be in a far better mental state than if you did otherwise.
So skinny. So rich. So happy.
