so skinny: Denim is Your Friend.


Leggings are a reality. Like it or not, the elastic waistband is not going anywhere. In theory, the legging should act as a weight-loss tool. After all, who wants to look fat in anything skin tight? In reality, the advent of the legging took away one of the world’s most valuable weight-loss tools---the skinny jean. Prior to the world of unrestricted waistbands, every skinny girl was held accountable to her jeans. If you gained even a couple ounces, you’d instantly know it was time to cut the carbs. On the flipside, with leggings you can have a piglet-fest with your BFFs and still fit in your pants the next day. Fast-forward a couple weeks, and you’ll have a closet full of jeans that don’t fit.

In order to avoid this weight-gain nightmare, make sure to wear denim at least once a week. This way, no matter how off track you get at girls-night, you’ll know when it’s time to say no to the breadbasket.

So skinny. So rich. So happy.
