Skinny girls don’t eat their feelings. Every so often, your perfectly perfect world won’t be so perfect. If you didn’t have a bad day once in a while, you wouldn’t know what a good day feels like (relativity, duh). Regardless of how or why the blues crept up on you, whatever you do, do not eat your feelings. This notion that food will fix or solve all your problems is absurd.
The only thing that [insert comfort food of choice] is doing for you is perpetuating a cycle of bad days. If you eat said food, the next morning you’ll likely experience major food guilt. With food guilt, comes yet another bad day. With another bad day, comes more eating of said food. Break this vicious cycle and next time you have a bad day, it won’t feel so bad. After all, how can you be sad when you fit in your jeans?
So skinny. So rich. So happy.
