In your quest to be skinny, your gut reaction may involve some sort of starvation. However, passing out in public is not cute, so at some point you are going to have to eat. When that time comes, remember that processed food is for fatties. Skinny girls eat real food. Don’t panic. Kicking the fake food habit is way easier than it sounds. All you have to do is visualize where your food comes from. If it comes from a gross place, don’t eat it. For instance, next time you want some Doritos, think about the origin of Doritos. Visualize the dude in the lab coat inventing the perfect combination of chemicals. Then picture the marketing suit-dudes coming up with the name “Cool Ranch.” Trust, if you do this, you’ll be so grossed out that you’ll never eat another Dorito again. And, if for some reason this doesn’t gross you out, you probably don’t deserve to be skinny anyway.
So skinny. So rich. So happy.
